Online Conditions of Sale 

In these conditions of sale 'the website' means KKB Hair Limited trading as Buckleys Hair

 

These conditions shall apply to all orders received and accepted unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by the website. The giving of an order by the customer constitutes acceptance of these terms Set out below:

 

Payment: 

By checking the Terms & Conditions box at checkout you are confirming that you are the account/card holder of your chosen payment method and that you agree to make full and final payment before KKB Hair Limited dispatches your order.


Age limit: 

Goods and Services are available only to individuals who we, in our absolute discretion, consider eligible. The eligibility criteria include, without limitation, those individuals who are 18 years old or over and by ordering or otherwise purchasing such Services/products, you confirm that you are 18 years old or over and are purchasing products for your own personal use.


Delivery Schedule: 

The ownership of the goods passes to the customer upon payment of the goods in full by the customer:

 

Your order will normally be dispatched the day we receive your order (before 2 pm)  depending on the service you have selected, second class should take no more than 3 working days to reach you (Standard delivery - UK). We take great care to ensure that we are always in-stock of all items. In the unlikely event that we are out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours.

 

Damaged Packaging: 

Do not except the parcel from the courier until you have brought to the couriers attention the damage to the packaging, Make sure it gets it logged by the courier. Keep all packaging and paper work as failing to follow these actions will result in a no claim scenario. (see delivery & Dispatch terms)

 

Claims must be received within 24hrs of the delivery of the order.


Damaged Item: 

Claims in respect of goods damaged caused whist in transit or shortages must be notified to the website within 24hrs of receipt of the goods.  (see delivery & Dispatch terms)

 

Product Varied: 

Product specifications and pricing are subject to change. Product images are intended as a guide only.

 

The contract shall be construed in accordance with, and governed by, English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts

 

We will do everything we can to ensure your delivery arrives promptly, but can not make any guarantees on behalf of the Royal Mail or other carriers. Please allow 28 days for delivery.

 

  

Restrictions 

Purchases by persons under the age of 18 is not permitted. You must be eighteen years of age and possess a valid credit card to purchase our products.

KKB Hair Limited T/A Buckleys Hair use Paypal to process your payment who use state of the art security tools and techniques to ensure that you are protected from any security risks.

 

 

Money Back Guarantee 

We are Confident that you will be happy with your purchases. However, if you wish to exchange or return an item please do so within the cooling off period  (14 days).

 A refund will only be issued on return of the items unopened and in original packaging. P&P and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded.

All atomisers and batteries have a 28 day guarantee and faulty items will only be replaced up to 28 days after purchase.

Warranty Cover: 

90-day warranty from the date of purchase. 

Mechanical and electrical breakdown, but will be limited to 90 days. 

 

Does Not Cover: 

Cosmetic damage. 

Used/openned Products

Accidental/liquid damage.

 Faults caused by accident or misuse.

 

Proof Of Purchase Is Required To Validate Warranty:

 Receipt and packaging.

 Bank or card statement showing.

 

If you do not have a receipt and are able to provide dates and approximate times, we will try to help by searching our system.

If your purchase exceeds our 90-day warranty, we advise you contact the manufacturer directly, as the majority of electrical products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty.

If there is any visible outer damage or signs of misuse, then your warranty will be voided.
